Change in Group Management – Board of Directors appoint new Managing Director and CEO

The Board of directors of Solör Bioenergy Group have appointed Florian Raitner Managing Director & CEO effective May 1st, 2026. Florian Raitner has been with Solör Bioenergy since 2011 and has served as Group CFO since 2016, including responsibility for Corporate Finance and M&A.

Anders Pettersson, Solör Bioenergy´s Managing Director and COO will retire as of end of May 2026.

‘’We would like to express our sincere appreciation for Anders’ contribution and operational leadership during his 15 years with the company. Anders will act as senior advisor during a transition period’’ says Chairman of Solör Bioenergy, Martinus Brandal.

Martin Nilsson will in an interim period act as CFO for the Group combined with his role as Head of Controlling.

Martinus Brandal will step down as CEO and focus on his role as Chairman of the Board of Solör Bionergy Group.
